I have specified NATCEM 35 on a wide variety of jobs. One in particular springs to mind. Preservation Treatments specified the use of NATCEM 35 as a floor screed to a particularly damp basement in SW3, London. It was of paramount importance to the client to apply a thin waterproof screed due to the low ceiling heights, without compromising the strength of the screed. The use of NATCEM 35 allowed the client to complete the basement refurbishment without having to excavate any deeper. NATCEM 35 was the perfect product for the client and the main contractor was delighted with the re-entry time.
