Returns Policy

It is our general policy not to accept return of goods. In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 10 working days of date of delivery, provided that the customer has a written agreement from Natural Cement Distribution Ltd. No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period. Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.

  • All items must be in the original packing and in resalable condition.
  • Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Photographic evidence of the condition of the return will be requested before any collection is organised.
  • Returns require pre-authorization.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Any claim for defective goods should be notified in writing to Natural Cement Distribribution Ltd within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Goods represented by the customer to be defective shall not form the subject of any claim for work done by the customer or for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such defects, but such goods, if returned to Natural Cement Distribribution Ltd and accepted by Natural Cement Distribution Ltd as defective, will be replaced as originally ordered. Defects in quality or dimensions in any delivery shall not be a ground for cancellation of the remainder of the order or contract.
