The Property Care Association (PCA) organises the annual Best Practice Awards. They celebrate excellence in property care and construction. Being shortlisted recognises our team’s dedication and commitment to top service and professionalism.

We earned the Customer Service Award nomination through fast, honest, and helpful customer support. We based our submission on genuine testimonials and positive feedback. Additionally, we offer practical solutions for complex projects and environments. From technical enquiries to on-site guidance, our team always assists promptly.

Jack Edwards’ Individual Recognition

We are also proud that Jack Edwards, Technical Sales Manager, received an All-Star Award nomination. Jack supports customers across the UK by delivering technical CPDs and expert advice. His focus includes rail, water, and heritage infrastructure projects. Jack’s knowledge and down-to-earth approach make him a trusted contact. Moreover, he stands out in the wider industry.

Awards Ceremony at Old Trafford

The PCA Best Practice Awards 2025 ceremony will take place on 27th November. It happens at the famous Old Trafford Football Ground in Manchester.
