We re-branded our WATERSTOP tubs! In addition to having a refreshed look, the tubs are now made of fully recycled materials, reaffirming our commitment to saving the environment and playing our part in reducing carbon emissions. The new eco-friendly packaging initiate comes as part of our commitment to be a Sustainable Manufacturer and drive towards a net-zero future.
We are certified as a Carbon Neutral Business! As a company committed to working towards a more sustainable future, we are proud to announce that we have partnered with (TAG) Carbon Neutral Britain to measure and offset our carbon footprint. Our verified offsetting is supporting reforestation in Costa Rica with improved biodiversity and mixed reforestation, reforestation on degraded land in Uruguay, and reforestation in Southwest Australia.
Natural Cement are extremely proud to have won the Sustainability Award at the Property Care Association’s 13th Annual Best Practice Awards! We believe this a testament to our commitment to working towards a more sustainable future! In addition to supplying low-carbon, environmentally friendly products, we realise the need to further demonstrate our commitment to the environment and have recently been awarded the ISO14001 accreditation for our Environmental Management procedures.
We achieved the ISO 45001 accreditation for Health and Safety Management! The new ISO 45001 is a great achievement for our company and now adds to our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations. We are happy that our hard work and commitment to quality has been recognised by the British Assessment Bureau.
We received re-approval for our NATCEM 35, NATCEM DW, SHOTCRETE 513 for the next 5 years from the DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate), for use in public water supplies in the UK. Natural Cement products have a successful history of being used in the UK Water Industry. The new product approvals re-affirm our commitment to providing quality, environmentally friendly products to the UK Water & Wastewater industries.
We welcomed our new Business Development Co-ordinator Stewart Wright. Stewart says “I am thrilled to be part of the team; everyone has made me feel so welcome. I am excited for what we are going to achieve in 2024”.
We launched our new product Natcem Setting Retarder. Working in hot weather with Natural Cement products can be challenging, Natcem Setting Retarder allows up to 40 minutes extra working time!
We are going to continue this hard work and are excited to see what 2024 brings!
