The assessment highlighted our dedication to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. From comprehensive HR policies and strong health and safety measures to our focus on mental health and healthy lifestyle initiatives, we are thrilled that our efforts have been recognized.

Key findings included:

• A positive employee wellbeing survey, with all staff reporting satisfaction with their jobs and working environment.
• Clear and open communication, with team meetings, an approachable leadership style, and opportunities for staff feedback and input.
• Ongoing training and development opportunities, including workplace health champion training and access to external learning resources.

Our focus group discussions revealed that staff appreciate the team morale, training opportunities, and little extras like twice-yearly bonuses, team parties, and always-available tea and coffee!
