Natural Cement will be exhibiting at George Leslie Innovation Day 2025 on 21st August, and we’re excited to be involved.
Now in its third year, the event continues to grow. Last year saw 22 exhibitors and over 300 guests. This year, the organisers expect 500+ attendees and more than 30 industry partners. The audience will include clients such as Scottish Water, SPEN, and CMAL, as well as designers, consultants, and contractors.
As part of the day, George Leslie has introduced new features. These include an inflatable Cube exhibition space, an interactive demo area, and an additional seminar room. The aim is to encourage meaningful engagement and practical learning across the infrastructure sector.
Natural Cement will be there to showcase our environmentally friendly, rapid-setting solutions. We’ll be highlighting NATCEM® 35, a proven performer in marine, rail, and heritage applications.
We’ve worked with George Leslie before. One example is the Colonsay Harbour upgrade, part of the New Islay Vessel Enabling Works. On that project, NATCEM® 35 was used underwater without washout. It offered excellent durability and gained strength quickly, even in dynamic tidal conditions. This helped divers work efficiently and safely without delays.
Innovation Day 2025 is more than a showcase. It is a chance to build relationships, explore better ways of working, and find materials that truly perform.
