Recently the world has been blessed with the news that OASIS, one of – if not the biggest – UK band of all time will be reuniting for a 2025 tour.
While most will take this news as an indication to prepare for a mad scramble to get tickets – we take this as an indication to prepare for the kind of work that goes into these events.
Oasis have listed the Cardiff Principality Stadium, Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium and Dublin’s Croke Park.
With the exception of Heaton Park, all of these venues are stadiums, constructed carefully with large amounts of concrete. With the attendees expected to be over 75,000 per show (totalling over 1 million throughout the course of the tour) – structural integrity needs to be a priority for these venues for the safety of all attending as well as lending consideration the damage and general wear-and-tear these structures might undergo in the process of accommodating such large crowds.
However, these repairs aren’t always simple, quick or easy – which is where Natural Cement come in. Products like our Natcem® 35 mortar make the maintenance of concrete structures quick with a 35- 40 minute setting time, without need for priming or curing. The product also functions in any circumstances that might be necessary. Damp? Wet? Freezing cold? Natcem® 35 will be exactly what you need for these repairs. It must also be noted that concrete supports for the venue itself may not be the extent of a business owner’s consideration – an establishments parking facility must also be taken into consideration which is another environment in which our Natcem® 35 mortar or Trackcrete concrete excel owing to rapid set times, environmental friendliness and resistances – fit to be vehicle bearing after only 2 hours.
