    Natural Cement are hiring and are excited to have an opportunity available in our office for a new Sales Executive! Read on to learn more about the role as well as the remuneration and the responsibilities!

    This is a (mostly) full-time position. We say mostly, as the hours will be 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Thursday, however with a 2:00pm finish on a Friday at our office in Mapplewell, Barnsley.

    Before we move on to the responsibilities, here’s a little about us for those not already familiar:

    Based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, Natural Cement manufacture a specialist range of concrete repair materials, grouts, and sprayed concrete products for the construction industry. We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

    What we ask:

    • Identify and generate leads by engaging with contractors as well as engineers, and specifiers in the construction industry who require Natural Cement products.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients through phone, email, and moreover – face-to-face interactions.
    • Build as well as maintain strong relationships with both new as well as existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Handle inbound technical queries and efficiently process sales orders.
    • Follow up on leads and quotations to successfully convert opportunities into sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including detailed contact logs and progress reports.
    • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events (including occasional travel and overnight stays).
    • Collaborate as a team player, by furthermore undertaking additional duties as required by management.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in English as well as having strong communication skills
    • Competent in using Microsoft office suite
    • Familiarity with CRM software systems, furthermore willing to learn to use more.
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Construction or alternatively manufacturing experience preferred however, is not essential
    • Full driving license would be preferred however, is not essential.
